Virtual camera driver programming

Hello everyone, this is my first post so please be gentle ;-) I am looking for a programmer - probably C++ or C# - who can develop a virtual camera driver for me to distribute to my clients. This virtual camera driver should -once installed - be able to take the user's screen as input and make it available as a camera feed to the Operating System. I want to avoid running a program in the background that performs this task ([login to view URL] for example can do this, it takes screen input and makes it available as a camera source to the OS but it's a heavy load on the machine) but instead want to be able to install the driver and forget about it. The reason I need this is to use this camera driver enable screen sharing within my Flash app. There is a program called Liveoffice ([login to view URL]) which performs a similar task. As part of the installation of Liveoffice there are 2 virtual camera drivers being installed, one shows up as 'LiveOffice Screen Capture' and the other one as 'LiveOffice MP4 Cam Driver'. Have a look at this demo: [login to view URL] Once the interface has loaded click on 'settings'. Then expand the menu underneath 'selected camera'. This is where all my drivers show up, for example my Logitech webcam as well as the aforementioned LiveOffice drivers. What I am looking for is something similar to the LiveOffice driver. The iveOffice driver does exactly what I need, when I select it then I am able to perform screen broadcasts. However I would like my own virtual camera driver that I can distribute, I do not want my clients to have to install a product such as LiveOffice or Camtasis. I guess this is possible as the LiveOffice driver works even without the actual LiveOffice program running in the background. I have also attached a screenshot of how my drivers show up in Flash. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The driver should work on Windows 2000, XP and if possible also on Win 98.
