Magento Nav Bar and Product Links Changes

We are looking for someone to modify the navigational attributes of a Magento theme. Tasks are: 1. Change Top Nav Bar so that it no longer contains links to Categories, but to CMS Pages. Will still need a link to main Products page but can be done with URL for that page. Vert Nav Bar that displays on rest of site will need to maintain normal nav bar functionality with the links to Categories. 2. Products displayed on Category pages will need their links (Image & Name) to direct to CMS pages instead of default Product URLs. We want to remove some displayed default items on the Category pages as well (Sorter, Price, Add To Cart & Compare). We want someone to set up the links & directs on one category page and one product and then we will take over and replace / add URLs as needed. Person must be very knowledgeable with Magento.
