Xoops Project

You contacted me via elancefor our Xoops project. Original scope has changed but could you view attachment and review the price and leadtime. Have had a fair few developers look at his but feel they are learning on my time and the rate have been very high. As a small test we need a XOOPs module updated to add some additional functions.
