*Coder MUST understand and speak English extremely well. We've found when this is not the case communication issues arise and make it more difficult for both us, and the coder!!! ALSO: We need a coder that can be contacted for support by phone, E-mail, IM, preferably. We've had some projects done where we need it updated and the coder is hard to reach. Requirements: MUST be in java or another language that is BOTH Mac and Windows compatible. We must also have SUPPORT for this application in the future, as well as own the Coding and have the Program Code sent to us upon completion. We also DO NOT want this program resold to anyone else and to have exclusive rights to it. OVERVIEW: We need an application that will collect contact info for leads that are likely to be interested in our services. We will want the app to collect the info from an online directory and provide a variety of ways for us to view the info as well as contact the leads via E-mails. The app will use our existing E-mail addresses and mail servers to send E-mails one at a time to recipients that we select from those that are collected. The application will adhere to the terms and conditions of the online directory. Everyone on this directory is there to solicit themselves for services such as ours. *ATTACHED is a folder with the 5 SCREEN SHOTS mock ups with a FULL DESCRIPTION of what we need done in a WORD document. We were as detailed as possible so that you know what we want and to help facilitate quick results.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
