Complete graphics design and web identity for business website

Graphics design work, including all graphics elements for translation service website. Several main templates will be required: 1. Home page 2. Sign up page 3. Data entry form 4. Tabled data 5. Communication screen (Blog/forum like) Also, we would need about 15 small icons graphics (for the same site), web elements and CSS. As deliverables, we would need complete HTML+CSS web pages, where most of the design is done using CSS elements (and not HTML tables). These concepts should be ready first, to choose the final design from. 2) Complete HTML+CSS of all the pages in the design. 2.1) Single style sheet for the site. 2.2) HTML page (XHTML 1.0 compliant) for each template. 3) PNG (with transparency) of all other graphics (icons and web elements). 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
