Debugging and Running a Fortran 77 Code(repost)(repost)

I have a fortran 77 code which I need to be debugged. I need an experienced coder who could test it to make sure it works, separate the code into main code and subroutines, and generate similar test results as the original fortran code. Also the code needs to write a how-to document to explain how I could run it under the latest version of Fortran Compiler (such as Absoft Fortran with IMSL library). | I have just attached the zip file of the original fortran code, the test results, and data.
