Design of Property Portal

I am looking for a **senior designer,** not an agency, a designer, a freelancer who works for himself and can produce cutting edge design. I need someone who has excellent command of the English language, **who understands the web**, **navigation**, **usability** and who can interpret briefs and enhance them. The standard of your work has to be very high and you will be judged on the portfolio you supply, (which we would prefer to see in an online environment). We are a design agency (Strategic Design Ltd) currently based in Portugal, but we have clients both here and in the UK. This project is for a property portal, it will allow people looking to buy or sell property privately through an online site without the need for an estate agent. We'd need you to design the main templates for the site so that our HTML girl can then cut them up and adapt the content to your page design, we'd need a homepage, standard text page, property search, search results and property details page, as well as a template for all forms the site would require. This site may require the branding to be completed, this would include the logo, business card and letterhead. This is a rough overview of the project, initially I'd like to short list designers and review your work, once our client has signed off the brief would then look to start the design towards the end of August. You must have room in your schedule to complete this work in a concentrated time once everything has been signed off. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
