PHP Support System - improvement

I have developed a PHP/MySQL Ticket support system for my own usage. It has integrated Download Manager, Payment System (for taking orders for products in download area, keeping track of licenses++) and also a Knowledgebase and a simple user manager system. And of course ticket system which match users email against license-database. Now, basically: I want A major upgrade of the system so I can sell it to others and not only to me in this simple layout. [[login to view URL]][1] is a very good support system, and I like it and something in that direction. I do not need all features provided there, but some of them may be usefull. Most important is to get what I have now into a sellable system with far better user interface (graphics, icons) and far better code (php5, not object oriented). I will provide access to demo for interested people and sourcecode examples. The contract terms is open for discussion, but I am looking for someting in the pricerange of around $500. I will only give access to the above to someone that has a good rating by several people and has finished projects above $200 and have good reference work to show. Also, you must have 2 years of PHP coding experience at least. Do not bid yet before you have gotten access to have seen what needs to be done. Quality is better than many features, but features is also important when Quality is reached. ## Deliverables I am looking for someone that can upgrade and improve BOTH graphics/layout and the PHP code used. This is the most important. Also, there is a need to translate some admin scripts into the Smarty template system. All user side of this support help system in these templates. But many of the admin pages must be transfered also. A process that will take 3-4 hours for an experienced coder. Also, language must be put in the existing language files system. There is about 20 pages (most of them very short, like a list of active downloads, categories etc) in admin area that needs to be transfered to Smarty templates. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Linux
