Voting system required

I need a voting system like the one at [[url removed, login to view]][1] (click on the English flag to the left, and then click 'The Gallery' to see it).

It is for a t-shirt design contest. Visitors browse the entries, and click on the ones they'd like to vote on.

They get taken to a voting page, where they can vote and/or leave comments.

Voting info is displayed dynamically.

To vote, visitor must be registered with a customer account - I am using the LiteCommerce shopping cart.

## Deliverables

- voting system like that at [url removed, login to view] (click on English flag, then click on 'The Gallery' - click on images to vote).

- user must be registered and logged into their account. They can only vote on each image once (account tracking), plus there should also be ip tracking to furtehr inhibit multiple voting.

- VOTING PRODUCTS PAGE shows images (2 columns) with the following details underneath each image: voting average score out of 1000 points (images vote score divided by number of votes for image x 100), live countdown from 14 days in Hours:Min:Secs - so the visitor can see the clock ticking. Note that this Voting Products page is only showing designs to vote on, not products to buy, whereas the normal product thumbnail page shouldn't have voting info. So basically I need a products page for voting on designs, and a regular products page for buying products (see what I have done so far at [url removed, login to view] )

- On the product modify page for voting catagory you will be able to set a deadline (date/time) when voting is available.

- VOTING DETAILS PAGE: (this is separate from the Product Details page visitors use for buying). Display normal sized version of image. User (if registered with a LiteCommerce account) can vote out of 10 using a graphical interface. So there will be 10 .gifs in a row (I will replace whatever gifs you use with images based on my logo at a later stage). They will be grayscale, but light up when the use mouses over like at [url removed, login to view] (except you won't need to make the graphics stay lit up to represent the current score). This graphic interface should only be visible if the user hasn't already voted on this image.

- There should be a space underneath the image where I can place info about the artist, which I can add in Admin.

- underneath image the voting score will be displayed out of 1000, along with the countdown in H:M:S

- underneath this there will be a comments text box, with 'Add Comment' button. If the user adds a comment before voting, the comment should be submitted, but the voting page should remain on that image. Comments are sent to me via email, ready for me to moderate. The should be a system in place for me to moderate commetns for each image in the LiteCommerce admin area.

- moderated comments are displayed undernetah in table format that I can edit myself to look pretty depending on what my logo ends up lookinh like.

- once visitor votes, the next design in line for voting appears on the screen. If there are not more images left to vote on - display screen with 'no more images left to vote on' (make the page for this screen and I will format it myself).

- when voting has finished for image, don't do anything. I'll manually remove the image just like removing a product. I'll need it to stay up until I have a chance to view the final score.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
