Flash Game - xml based

Hi, this is my 1st project here and I will try to be as detailed as I can.

The game will be iFramed in a Facebook application.

I need a slots game machine built in flash, with a preloader. It should be as small as possible in kb. It will be connected with a MySQL database.

Step 1: On the 1st page the user must be able to pick 4 out of 7 products from a list. (Idea: the user will have the chance to choose their prizes.) and click continue.

Step 2: The user is forwarded to the slots screen, they will have 3 free tries daily or the option to win more based on a virtual currency. (more details will be given to the coder.)

The product images should be rolled when the user is playing.

I should be able to change all the graphics, sounds (Background, products, etc) and the text in the game (easiest way via a .xml I think)

It can come with pre-made graphics if you are skilled, but I can do them myself if is time consuming. I want something glossy and professional, but am more interested in the code part for now.

- The flash game should allow a specific user/visitor from the mysql database to play maximum 3 times a day or to earn more tries based on a virtual currency. The slots currency can be defined as "tries" or "coins".

- The slots machine should allow the users to win another try, based on a % predefined chance.

- I should be able to control the % product winning chance. (Ex: 10.000 plays, 0.01% win chance = 1 win.)

The winner will be prompted with a web form where they will have to fill their contact details so they can receive the [url removed, login to view] can be a redirect to a html/php page.

Once at 24 hrs, they will have another 3 tries available.

Facebook Graph API experience preferred so I can give more details or implement more user options if the coder has the knowledge (Facebook user wall update after each try, friend invites etc).
