Flash header on main site

I need a flash intro for my web site..just the header. I have created a static header already. I just need to animate it. The web site is [login to view URL] I want the letters of "army of elite ghosts" to move into the page from the top. The "AEG" initials to move into the page from the side. While these move into place I want sound to be playing. The header should include a sound [login to view URL] switch. The main web page is written for php nuke, but I'm not sure if that matters. I have the graphics, the sound files and even a flash web template. I just dont know how to edit the template.
