3D or Interactive room need

The idea of the website is ? you may enter a large room room/hall where all of the companies will have a representative behind a table or display. The customers may walk through the room and if they walk up to a table will be able to chat with the representative of that company. It is kind of like a live gathering for companies and customers in a large building. ## Deliverables I am looking for someone to build me an interactive website. I am not really sure if that is what I would like, please read the description below to understand what I would like. ? What I would like is to have a simple yet attractive website in which I invite companies and potential customers to register and join. This is very important as I do not know html. ? 2)? ? ? ? ? A register button. When the visitors click on this it will ask them if they are a customer or a company. They must select one option. Each option brings the person to a different registration form (the customers must fill in different things than a company). ? 3)? ? ? ? ? 2Pockets Forum. By clicking here the person will be directed to our 2pockets forum. I will give you the 2pockets forum link. You just have to add the link to the forum here. ? 4)? ? ? ? ? Our Sponsors. Here I will place a banner of any company who works with us and a text underneath the banner about their company. Speak To Companies (or something like this) ? Some important notes, I would like the banners on the homepage to be rotating banners. At the top of all of the above 5 pages will be our the website name, and on each side of the website name will be two cards (aces), a slot machine, and bingo balls. This will not be hard to do. Regarding the Hall, when people click in this they enter a large room or a hall. Like a live conference. In this room there will be tables all around the room and 1-3 representatives of each company behind each table. The customers can walk though the hall and choose which tables they would like to walk up to. To explain a bit more, please see what I would like to be allowed in this hall. 1)? ? ? ? ? This hall can be entered by any registered customers and representatives 24 hours per day. It is open 24 hours per day for business. ? 2)? ? ? ? ? When a company registers an account, I can reserve any table I choose in the hall where they will work from. A representative of a company may stay behind his companys table, but he may also walk around the hall like a regular customer and visit the other companies tables. ? 3)? ? ? ? ? Each table has a spot where I can place a banner or a sign of the company which reserved it. This must be easy to change for me. ? 4)? ? ? ? ? The customers may walk through the hall and visit any compnays table that they would like to. Customers may never be able to walk behind a table, where the company representatives are. ? 5)? ? ? ? ? When a customer walks through the hall, he passes by all of the tables. He can see what companies are there and choose himself with which company he would like to speak with. If a customer wants to speak with a company, he can walk up to the table. Once against the table, a popup chatbox appears for the customer and the representative to talk to with each other.? ? 6)? ? ? ? ? If two or more customers walk up to a table, they would use the same chatbox to speak with the representative. A maximum of 3 or 4 customers should only be allowed to speak to one representative at the same time. ? 7)? ? ? ? ? A representative may block the chat of any customer whenever he would like to. ? So, this is basically what I am looking for. Please note I am open for any other solutions if some of the things I mentioned are not possible or are too difficult to do. It can also be a 3D room. As long as it looks good. Also, if you do a good job building this website at a fair cost, any time I need updates or more work I will always use you.
