Website Redesign w/ Flash or Dynamic Attributes Plus Database

I am looking to redesign my current website located at [[login to view URL]][1] and make it a little bit more catchy and organized as well as a dynamic menu or flash intro. There are two sites that I like their design, [[login to view URL]][2] and [[login to view URL]][3] You can look at these to get ideas, I don't want something exactly the same, but a derivative thereof. I will supply most of the content and all requirements below: ## Deliverables I need the following pages with a redesigned look and feel, a flash intro or popup box about the Contest I will be having. I will supply pictures and content for contests page. I need 1 home page on [login to view URL] with similar content, deleting some stuff and reorganizing others, I will be more specific when the bid is accepted as to what will be deleted and or added contentwise, but it won't be a whole lot. I need a View our Current Auctions which is the same link on the home page. I need 1 page for Fee Structure which will have the same information with a better layout. I will have some banner ads to run in different parts of the site, and I will supply the code for them. I will delete the find us with mapquest page. I need one Page that Sells Buy or Sell a Home with Brandon I need a Functional Contact Us Page with a Web Form for Asking a Question, with the subject as a drop down with Consignment Question, Purchase or Order Question, Classes Question, or maybe it just asks them what it pertains to and it will make it go to the correct email, consignment goes to one email, Purchase goes to another and Classes goes to another. I need a Current Special Page which will now have the TextBook Special with a later ending date, same terms and conditions. For the Pay For an Auction I want that link to go to the home page that will be on the subdomain [login to view URL] This subdomain is already registered and ready for the page. They just need to put in the amount, same code but I could never get the form to look correctly and pass an Item number as Contents, I'll get more information about the code for this button but it can have a spill about the contest and link to that page and some other relavent content. I also need a couple pages for the subdomain [login to view URL] I have 2 upcoming classes scheduled, August 25, and September 18, I need a way to organize and add future classes and a way for someone to Sign Up for the Class and it manage all folks signed up for a Particular Class as well as a way for me to add participants that sign up over the phone. This way I can see how many have signed up, etc. I need the way to manage the users, when they sign up they supply their Name, Address, Phone, Email, etc., then they go to the payment page and their order is complete and they are in the database or profile. Then I can mass email all the participants and tell them it has moved or whatever I would like to tell them or have a way to know how many have signed up, etc. I have an implementation guide from my payment processor that I will attach it, there is a way for it to return a value so the database knows whether or not they have paid. ## Platform Flash, PHP, SQL, you can check what is available to be used here: <[login to view URL]>
