Directory - Graphic Designer - Directory Developer Needed

We currently have a functioning directory created in wordpress that has a custom plugin. However, the design has some minor adjustments that are needed. The freelancer will be required to design the directory in the same style and function as Yell.com. Function and Design are VERY VERY Important. PHP, CSS, Javascript, html, HTML5, MySQL, Custom Plugin, WordPress knowledge will be needed. A design team could be needed for this job. You MUST be able to provide us a completed directory that is fully automated. Your design for a shops feature page must be easy to create along with the Customer payment for their feature page thru paypal. Your design, the process created for the feature page and customer payment process are all very important. Automation is key! * In the same design and function as [login to view URL], but the backend needs to be functional without issues. Everything must work long term, no up and down with the website. Other designers must be able to read your work after you are done. Clean Code. * Logo design is NOT needed. Freelancer will use our current Logo. Along with our logo, Your design will explain what we do.
