We are looking for a survey web app that will be used multiple times a day by each of our employees.
If you can build it off of odoo that is a plus
The back end of the survey app needs to work as fallows
High level of analytics of data.
as in
eliminate all surveys that answered (b) on question 4
only view data for users that answered (a) on question 6
surveys that answered (a) vs answered (c) on question 2
simple static front page with admin login in the top right of page and survey takers log in in the center of the page
survey takers will need one field login to access the survey.
open to all ways of exporting data PDF, open office spread sheet, etc
