Wordpress template editing and converting into mobile app

I have a wordpress template which needs changes. Link - [login to view URL] In the above template the boxes on the right -- are images (portfolio) but i want to change them to pages and then there should be sub pages also. Along with that the filter which u can see will get converted into City Filter -- like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune etc and there will be 3 - 4 more changes which will let u know on PM. There are ready widget, modules available which can convert wordpress site into mobile appplication. we want Blackberry, Android and iPhone mobile application for the same website. The template is already mobile responsive so no much of efforts is required.
