web based image library / catalog app in Javascript and Jquery

I require a competent coder proficient in Javascript and jquery to develop an application that can be used as a web based image library or catalog. Please only apply if you have an average rating of 9 or more and have completed a minimum of 10 jobs with no missed status reports.

However should this project be something that you can do exceedingly well and you can show me some examples of your work I will consider your bid.

The application should be written in javascript so that it will run on any platform and should be able to be configured on a website server with a minimum of effort.

The application will be loosly as follows.

A catagory area will be required so that the images can be separated into appropriate sections. For example we may be using the application for a catalog for a bathroom furniture supplier. Catagories may be sinks, baths, basins, taps etc etc. All uploaded bath images will be uploaded and appear in the bath section. All uploaded taps will appear in the tap section etc.

A web based user interface will be required so that the website administrator can add or delete catagories, upload images, place a short description below the image thumbnail and enter a longer image description that will appear over or alongside the image when opened in the lightbox. The lightbox will show foward and back buttons at all times enabling the site visitor to show next and previous items in the gallery / catalog

CSS should be available for the web site developer to enable some sort of page layout - number of thumbs across number down, styles etc.

gallery should be easily incorporated into any html or asp page with a minimum of coding.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
