Looking for a GREAT 2 person Web team: 1 PHP and 1 front-end. Must be a team. Do not apply if you are just one person.
Project: you will take our existing video Web site and integrate our new design (PSD files), quickly developing our new site. Existing site code works great. What you need to do is make sure the code is integrated properly (plus we have a few design/functionality changes) and make sure all pages are completely optimized (minimal weight, use of proper image type - gif or jpg, when to use style sheets/css).
All your work will be accomplished and delivered in sections, and each section will be closely analyzed by our other team members for code efficiency (the team members created our site but are now developing other applications).
Only apply if you are part of a 2-person team - we will not break up this project. Team will be:
1 PHP developer MUST BE EXCEPTIONAL. Will be working closely with front-end developer and our department's technical staff. Must be fluent in working with MySQL.
1 Front-end developer MUST BE EXCEPTIONAL. Must be fluent in taking PSDs and cuttem them for page optimization and HTML/PHP integration, is highly versed in Web 20 techniques, and exceptional in javascript.
Final team candidates will be required to produce existing site to demonstrate they can do the job. Our team will closely analyze your site and ask you specific questions to verify you can do this job.
This project begins ASAP. We will hire as soon as we find the qualified team.
ADDED COMMENT: $1,500 - $5,000 is a wide range, but let us be clear, this job is simply taking an existing site and putting another skin on it, doing the job EFFICIENTLY. Those who are looking for over $2,000 for this project please do not bid. We are looking for the low range of this price range.
Qualified candidates will be provided the live Web site they will be re-skinning/coding.
