Php Footer Ads Script

I am looking to have a secure script created that will allow me to run custom instant messenger type dating ads on my websites. These are those little ads that slide up in the right or left hand corner enticing men to click and meet women in their area. For this I want to be able to create a campaign and within that campaign have the option to create one ad or multiple ads that will rotate.

Features:

Im boxes sized 206x116 and 233x160

Boxes should come in 5 different colors

I should be able to chose the number of seconds before the ad loads

Seconds before the ad closes

Used a custom images with each ad

Stats for the ads

Views cap (if possible)

Geo targeting (if possible)

This is similar to the ultimate footer ad except it is just for dating. If you visit [url removed, login to view] you will see an example of the ultimate footer ad. I also included a screenshot of the ultimate footer ad backend. You basically install the script on your server, login, create an ad, choose all your desired options and get the javascript code to post on your website.
