SAAS - Marketing System

We require a programmer and web designer to implement subscription-based web application on our behalf. The application allows users to run queries against the database, save results, or export them to CSV for download. The application is to have cross browser support, and support for mobile devices (i.e. needs to be useable from the Android, iPad and iPhone devices). The overall look and feel is to be similar to www.freelancer.com - nice looking, but simple. We have done all screen mockups, and will provide database schema with sample data. The user-part of the application comprises of approximately 12 screens, including the login page, lost password etc. There will also be admin module, to allow report generation, user maintenance, etc. Approximately 10-15 screens in total. The system architecture will utilise PHP, MySQL, jQuery and HTML5/CSS3. The AJAX approach is to be used to avoid constant round trips back to the server. In order to use proven, tested source code as the starting point, and to reduce the overall development effort, we would be happy to purchase commercial Javascript or Wordpress theme / framework that the developer recommends or is comfortable with. Also happy to use open source component if they meet our criteria. The frameworks of themes need to be (or at least appear to be) well supported.
