Silverstripe Module Development - Robust Ecommerce(repost)

Must be excellent in PHP, JavaScript and XML to develop a custom version of an existing Silverstripe e-commerce module. (No other solutions including magento, codeigniter or fusebox will be considered) Following are elements that are needed in the e-commerce module(s). The system with all points above must be able to optionally select and add values to these points from the backend and present the available options on the frontend: One Time up front charge of X A Trial Period of X days/weeks/months that costs Y after the trial After the trial a recurring price of X is to be billed for Y months Recurring charge will expire Never/X Months or X Years **And Documentation** Documentation must include information on how to access features for all items mentioned or related to the above along with support information on changing the frontend variables/components or code to reflect a design in HTML, CSS, PHP or whatever technologies are agreed upon for use in this project. Additional Requirements The site frontend and backend components should be clean code with organized writeup, no misaligned text/images/tables, etc according to the mentioned browsers compatabilities outline. Also, Promotional pages must be tied in with these billing options, mail list components (part of silverstripe CMS) and the promotion/reference ID specifics so they can be measured for effectiveness and statistics. Basic but necessary reporting are mentioned in the summary but should include all transactional information from customers, products, promotions and trials/billing options/structures. I am looking to keep this project at $1600 Maximum, if you cannot make that work, then please do not continue with your bid.
