Joomla home page fix - RTL page

Home page for A running bilingual joomla site ( Arabic and English ) is not displaying . English home page is fine . The problem is with Arabic home page where it used to run fine . Site is using gantry framework - up to date version. There is no intention to change it . Selected bidder is required to display the arabic home page and make sure that all pages work fine ( about 15 pages) . Selected bidder is also required to check and keep Right To Left alignment for arabic pages . 2 weeks support is required after project submitting. Selected bidder must show previous work for Joomla - gantry framework previous projects.
