Make my JSN Epic PRO site look like this

In short I have a new Joomla 3.1 site with JSN Epic PRO that looks like this: [login to view URL]~neurolog/ and I want to make it look like the uploaded images. The only difference is that the menu should be blue to match our logo.\r\n\r\nDetails:\r\n1- You should try as much as possible to make the changes on css, trying to be as detailed as possible (trying to avoid changes to the core template files).\r\n2- It should be compatible with IE, FF, Chrome and Safari\r\n3- The mobile version should also be modified accordingly.\r\n4- Pay attention to the position of the top menu and the search box, if you need to add a new module position, please do so.\r\n5- The look of the modules also needs to be modified (in the front page and elsewhere). You will receive all passwords including the super-admin account.
