Stamp ordering and design to implement in Joomla

Hello, What I need is a simple website stamp design program with all the necessary things to implement in Joomla. The "program" should have: - Administration where we can set Stamp sizes, examples, prices, etc.; - Customers registration with interaction with Joomla registrations; - Possibility to change Profile; - Option to save the design created to the server (not to an external file); - Option to cancel (obvious); - Option to order chosing a different address for delivery if customer wants or simply keep the one on his profile; - Different shipping costs (depending on country, city, etc.); - Different delivery times (in admin we should be able to chose how many days it will take and how many options will be available); - Possibility to create vouchers to offer discounts to customers; - When customer finish the design, it has to be sent to a local directory on the server as a PDF file as a vector file or in a file with, at least, 300dpi; - Payment options: Normal transference (without add cost), paypal (with add cost) and credit card (with add cost). No design is needed, we will deal with that afterwards. Also about content there's no need to worry because it will be fulfilled afterwards.
