URGENT Fixes to a joomla site

Hello Bidders, I need ASAP the following fixes/additions to my joomla website: [login to view URL] Please review them and post your bid. 1. In the 3 sub menus (proyectos de playa, Proyectos de Ciudad and Proyectos corporativos), when you click on any of them the entire page loads, we want only the section (or lightbox) loading but not the entire page. 2. In contact, the form corresponds to the button "real state". For the button "recursos humanos" the form should change to something very simple: a main title “Vacantes”, below, 6-7 lines of text and below this text, a centered button named: “Enviar resumen curricular” (it means send resume), so users can send their resume via email. See attachment. 3. In CONTACT, in the current form “Real estate”, we would like to be able to select more than 1 option from "Proyectos e interés". Maybe adding a checklist or something next to it. 4. In the twitter bar, can you add an animation to it so it shows the last 5 tweets? changing from top to bottom (like showing one line at a time). Profile picture 5- Hotels and Resorts: We need to change the entire design for the page attached. Just logos with their links. Simple. 6- Responsabilidad social: This page will also change. We will use the same exact design as in Proyecto de Playa, only eliminate the arrows on right and left side. There will be only 4 images: Fundación 1 – Fundación 2 – Fundación 3 – Fundación 4. We just need to change the sample images. Thanks!
