Simple web based order management system

- Project Brief We are a family company . We have two base one of them production another one warehouse. We need to control our order system want a web based order system from warehouse to production. Nearly every week We need to report what we need to produce , track and report process. We have nearly 10 different products and some products have different size as well. At the moment we are using excel sheets to order giving new order from warehouse to production. Basically warehouse will select category send order from web order system like excel - Technology Requirements Web Based solution is required with secure access, around the globe. We suggest PHP/ MySQL based license free environment. The same deployment can further be developed in to an online eCommerce based portal. -- Process 1 Ordering Warehouse will select to category and select product from list with small image (quantify or pack) . After confirm order needs to sent to production via email (pdf and excel) . Selected products change to process status. -- Process 2 Process We need to check which product is process and export data as a pdf or excel sheet. -- Process 3 On way After Process period all product change to on way status. -- Process 4 Complete Warehouse change to status from on way to completed . We need to take report as a pdf or excel sheet . --Report Anytime we able to check for how many product we order . Annually or monthly we need to check our best sellers. Its needs to be as a login area with username and password. Thanks
