3 Scripts in php/mysql to work in oscommerce store/admin

1. We are looking for someone to re-code this form and the processing script to run properly in the Oscommerce system. We have a blank template of oscommerce. The form itself, looks and feels and execution is the same as the current form. Just need to be properly intergrated in to Oscommerce framework. The only edit to this is the possibility to upload more file types than just a JPEG. 2. Another quote form is needed for admin to fill in for our phone quote customers. Identical to the above website quote form with the same process backend, only this works in Oscommerce admin panel. This form DOES NOT need image upload. 3. In addition to this we require a new admin page that displays the information gathered in the quote forms and allows us to enter the additional data needed to give the quote. Fields include: Quantity, T-shirt Style, Colour, print type, print position, print size, Unit Price, Totalprice(ex Gst) Totalprice (incGST). Example of quote output: For max print dimensions of Front 20cmx40cm, 100 x T07 Adults Ultra Cotton Tee - White , printed front full colour DTG Digital Print: per garment: $4.10 (garment) + $13.50 (front printing) = $17.60* ($ 19.36 inc GST) This additional data needs to be stored in a database table for future retrival. This script needs to email the new quote to the customer in HTML format.
