Create a Single Wordpress Page

Hi, I recently bought a domain and I want it converted into a one page Wordpress sales page ( to see an example of a Wordpress sales page click here: [login to view URL] ) I have prepared all the material that I would like placed on the page. ## Deliverables I have attached the content of the sales page. Ideas regarding layout: 1) I like the basic colours and layout of this sales page: [login to view URL] 2) I want the first few paragraphs to be designed as though they are a basic, black and white newspaper classified ad: i) The first few paragraphs are: "Are You Totally Overwhelmed? * Do you have a HUGE list of IT stuff that needs to get done? * Paying through the nose for incompetent tech people? Want to be free of IT problems FOREVER!!!!! I guarantee you solutions Or you get 120% refund Free yourself NOW" 3) I want the testimonial to look like [login to view URL] opt-in page ( Look at the screenshot for more information: [login to view URL] ) Please quote "pinky" to be considered 4) I would like a testimonial box along the right side like this website: [login to view URL] ( Look at the screenshot for more info: [login to view URL]) I would like for it to be the same colour as the Google Johnson box: [login to view URL] ). I will give you the testimonial content for this section as well. 5) At the bottom of the page I want for there to be two boxes with each of them being a drop down box that leads to different options and I will give you the content for both options. The drop down box names will be: i)**Virtual/Telephone Consultation** ii)**Work Directly With Me and Become My Client** They will be side by side and they will have the design, but not the colour of this site's buttons: [login to view URL] ( Look at the screenshot for more info: [login to view URL] ) 6) Finally for each of these drop downs we shall have boxes where people can put in their details. I shall provide you with the opt-in fields that I want, which will be few. I don't want to put excessive detail early on so as not to overwhelm but this is a pretty rough outline of everything that needs to get done. I recommend you take this project step by step and it should be easy and pretty straightforward and I will be on hand to assist if you have any questions. I reserve the right to make about 6 hours worth of changes through the course of the process.
