Relaunch of Website, CMS, Blog(repost)(repost)

I need a complete relaunch of the website:? [login to view URL] The work includes: 1) Addition of a small CMS system (Joomla or others) to manage users. This CMS *MUST* have a dashboard for each user where the user manages his own details. There must also be a administrative access to the CMS with a search function. 2) Integration of a blog system like Wordpress with multiple users and linked to the CMS. 3) Integration for various languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc) and IP tracking to present the correct website language according to where the user is from. 4) Design review: new structure of the webpage: adding of a submenu. New images etc 5) Content review I will provide a more detailed task list to bidders. Please only bidders with a strong graphic background as well. Make sure to reference other successful projects that are similar to this one in your bid. Joomla and Wordpress preferred. Must show experience. Important: bidder must do proper project management. This includes: close communication with me. A mockup before starting coding. Revision of this mockup. Being open to changes. Willing to deliver a cutting edge website.
