Wordpress Blog Re-Deign

I need a custom wordpress blog re-design within a thesis template I have already purchased the Thesis template but if you can do the modifications i highlight below without the template that is acceptable too. the website will look very similar to [login to view URL] with a few in-post modifications adn a different color theme. modifications to the template include: **A**: 10 250x250 ad blocks in the sidebar like those on [login to view URL] Also need instructions (for everything) on how I might install the ads into the spaces. **B**: need embedded space in the first 2 posts (on the frontpage) for google adsense 300x250 box & need space for banner ad (468 x 60) in each post below the post & just above the comments. would like the light grey sign (almost non-visible) that says "advertisement" above each ad (to the left) & a darker "advertise with us" like here: [login to view URL] **c**: color theme for the blog should be similar to color theme of the January 2010 front cover page of GQ magazine in the US (burnt orange, back, grey, red, white). picture of rihanna on cover. Everything such as the sidebar, header, plugins, etc. should be color-co-ordinated with the theme. would like it completed within the next 7 to 10 days. The cover should be easy to find via google but I can send you a pciture if needed. **d**: would like a related posts plugin such as the one on [login to view URL] towards the bottom of the page but above the comments **e**: Would like a coded professional looking contact page with captcha. **f**. Would like categories as tabs at the very top underneath the header. The tabs should have dropdowns or look similar to the tabs on [login to view URL] Perhaps I could add a little paragraph about the category and then show a few tags, and the most recent posts with those tags. **g**: In the sidebar I would like a popular posts plugin (it doesn’t have to be a plugin but I would like to have that box exactly with the same options and features) like the one in the right sidebar towards the top of the page over here: [login to view URL] This box would go underneath the 6-8 250x250 ad boxes. I would like it completed within the next week to 10 days. I would also like frequent updates on any work done.
