We are a brand new startup that is looking to expand our team. We currently require four new level 1 staff to man our support desk.
The desired applicant has vast experience with WHMCS support system and knows their way around it like the back of their hand. They are also well spoken over written email/chat.
They are eager to progress in the company and are willing to go above and beyond where-ever needed.
Primary Duties:
- Troubleshooting client issues via Tickets and telephone support
- Ability to work with cPanel/Linux
- Ability to resolve tickets in a timely manner
- (Some) Sales support
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 2 hours minimum per day.
- Minimum 1 years experience with cPanel/WHM & WHMCS
- Excellent teamwork/communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of HTML
- Knowledge PHP/MySQL
