General information for the business: To manage & to maximise conversion on daily leads and enquiries. (PHP, MySQL, Apache) - Pref Manchester, UK Based
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: Basic requirements include
[login to view URL] able to view full enquiry details, (pickup/destin/pass/vehicle size etc)
2. assign enquiries to agents
3. create case status for each enquiry - assign accordingly - jobs opened, callback, no answer, etc
4. be able to liase with contracted suppliers via email, text for each enquiry (cross matched with a reference id)
5. prioritise and filter enquiries
6. automatic reminders, chase emails,
7. create invoices, send text to customers,
Extra notes:
Regarding the system i need, I would like to hire a freelance developer with the following skills:
- 3 years minimum experience in server side web development (PHP, MySQL, Apache)
- Front end experience in XHTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON
- Experience in object oriented programming and MVC frameworks, i.e. Yii, Cake, Symfony, Laravel (a system like this cannot be built in Wordpress or Magento)
The requirement for the system are:
- Fully bespoke / custom built platform
- Secure login facility using a proper encryption algorithm, such as Blowfish
- Front end agent system + backend admin system
Additional recommendations:
- would require a consultation meeting with the developer to ensure you fully understands the requirements before starting the development.
would require a flowchart of all the system processes, from start to finish and ensure all user journeys are mapped out.
would require examples of previous work.
may need to be created split in 2 phases to avoid getting messy.
