Some changes in related content by tags on adult Joomla site

Hi,
I have an adult site (legal content, obvious) in Joomla! and I need make some changes on gallery and stories page.
Is basically this:
- Remake module of related content (based in similar content tags) in galleries and stories pages, excluding existent module with ajax tecnology and using resources less heavy;
- Hide the comments in page (but still appear in code page) and makes them visible to users only when the user clicks in a button to display it.
