Write a program to read in a data file of IP numbers and netmasks. Your program should calculate the NETID from the IP number and its associated netmask.
The input format is:
IP# in dotted decimal format, followed by spaces, followed by netmask in dotted decimal format.
Example input:
192.7.193.5? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 255.255.252.0
20.5.31.7? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 255.255.0.0
10.1.3.4? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 255.0.0.0
The first line of your output should be your name. The following lines of your program should be the ip# netmask NETID.

Your program may be written in any language. The beginning of your program should have your name in comments. Your program should also print your name as the first line of the output.
Your program should convert the dotted decimal ip# and netmask to a 32bit unsigned integer, AND them together to calculate the NETID. Then convert the resultant 32bit unsigned NETID to dotted decimal format and print out.
