Generic Print Utility

For this project the coder needs to give some suggestions as well. The basic idea is given below. Offer print enhancements such as 2-up and 4-up printing and resizing for any printer and any application. Create a 'printer driver' that takes the output from an application and passes it on unchanged to a real printer driver. Then amend the code to make it do something simple like a horizontal flip to show that you are really processing the data stream. Add facilities to enable the user to select different 'real' printer drivers to output to, and pass the appropriate parameters back to the application program - also pass the application program's chosen settings on to the real printer driver. Implement more features such as 2-up printing. print the output to a standard file format (e.g. windows metafile - WMF) Just devise and implement more features. Even better, make a system for a programmer to fairly easily add more processing effects. The coder is free to give suggestions and ideas or any features which can be added. any questions plz ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform coder has option to choose language.
