Locate high Google ranking (PR4/5/6/7) expired domains

Every day over 20,000 domain names are abandoned and expire for whatever reason. These unclaimed domain names are then repossessed and are made available for anyone to register again. I want special software (program) that locates expired top page rank domains, high Google ranking (PR4/5/6/7) expired domains. Really available to get the following day. I need these Domains before anyone else. eg.
