Build a Website

I need a classified web system developed. It targets only one country. I need a PHP & MYSQL based system ( I DO NOT won't it based on any open source platforms ). PLS pm me before bidding, I will send you a site link as well, the concept will be little bit same but not the design It has to have the following: 1) Users should be able to submit ads for free once signed up 2) Search bar with " Search Space" + "Category Drop Down" + "Choose City" + "btn". 3) Latest added items should appear in a slider below the categories in home page 4) List the main categories with a thumbnail image + description ( Categories - Electronics Cars & Vehicles Property Home & Personal Items Jobs & Services Leisure, Sport & Hobby Education Animals Other Food & Agriculture 5) Site will be in English but should have an option change to use two more languages ( pls no google widget ) 6) each above categories will have side bar to filter search ( each category will have various general filter options ) + should have sub categories 7) Make it support 2checkout or Skrill gateways. 8) Should have bump ad options with paid feature 9) should be able to moderate the submitted ads and users from backend 10) able to filter options to side bar (optional) 11) should be light weight script.
