building a gamecurrency website

looking to build a neopets related website, will sell neopoints / items / services. MUST have good SEO / backlinking. i will strongly consider if you've proof of your good SEO skills. graphics /background/theme must be neopets related. concept similar to [login to view URL], check it out must have a good control panel -where i type in stuff and will appear in newsfeed on the mainpage nicely -have a page where i can easily load in items to sell under different categories, and put the prices beside it -have a user login / database logging the email/ip address/currency balance, own website currency, like [login to view URL], where they use the bought currency from the website to purchase the items. so it goes 1) customer creates account 2) customer makes purchase of forum currency via Paypal 3) customer uses forum currency to buy items that i've listed. also want a testimonial part, where users can submit their testimonial, and i must approve before it shows up on the site. also have f.a.q section, buy neopoints section, buy items section, buy avatars section, and buy trophies section. i want easy control over all of these, able to edit easily, able to add in pictures of the thing i'm selling easily, change pricing. that's about it so far, please ask any questions if you're interested / submit any examples of your work.
