Ecommerce Website Needed

I want the following for a company that is involved in selling carpets, rugs, beds, home furnishings, couches etc. The new website obviously needs to look different and a new up-to-date look with colour schemes added inc web 2.0. - research should be done on other similar websites in the United Kingdom and be better. Once this is complete there will be ongoing work. The design should reflect the current brand which the colours are blue and yellow. The site should also have a blog, be able to post, articles, post adverts(have the page showing their current advert in the local newspaper or their current leaflet) have space for advertising banners etc. and also have a client section section. The website also needs to be able to take queries from interested parties in the products available. The site should be able to accept online sales and major credit/debit cards. The website should have the usual pages but flexibility is needed so the site can grow and expand. If possible I need there to be a CRM system integrated and also a facebook app for this as well. I need share links into the site (like & tweet) and links to a facebook page and twitter feeds. I need to be able to easily change the content of the site. - Please show examples of the CMS you plan to use. google analytics, web optimiser and any other usefull tools to be included. - Which one will you integrate and why? I also need long term development. The site needs to be flexible enough for change and additions made to it. We are looking for a stable running website. You should show examples of your current work. I need to know what shopping cart you will use, which CRM system, examples of the CMS system you will use. One important areas that consideration should be taken is that of the client function of the website. - ALL GRAPHICS USED IN YOUR DESIGN MUST HAVE THE RIGHTS SECURED FOR USE IN A COMMERCIAL WEBSITE OR CREATED FROM SCRATCH WITH ALL RIGHTS TRANSFERRED TO THE ME. - ALL DESIGNS WILL BE CONSIDERED WORK MADE FOR HIRE, MEANING YOU ARE TRANSFERRING ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE ME, AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST THESE IN YOUR 'PORTFOLIO' OR 'TESTIMONIALS' OR OTHERWISE UNLESS YOU GET MY APPROVAL FIRST. What analysing tools will be used in the site to show statistics etc. With all that said, I WILL NOT TOLERATE TROLLING. I will remove ANY bids that are placeholders/copy & paste or PMs that are useless to me. Please place the word ‘**Carpet-Sunday**' in your PM so I know you've read it through thoroughly. Please try to explain what you can do and why? What you will use to construct the site and how user friendly in terms of updating the site will be?
