This project is to convert an existing WordPress web site into an empty HTML/CSS/Javascript template that will be completed with a template processing engine. The current web site is located at http://www.nationaldialog.com. It is currently a WordPress site. The goal is to remove all the content from the different page types used on the site, simplify the HTML/CSS/Javascript and make it so that we can be programmatically complete the pages ourselves. This bid is only for the HTML/CSS/Javascript that is responsive web design. The bidder will not be involved in the navigation or any of the backend processing associated with the completed site. The freelancer will: - Advise us of what, if any, special requirements exist to obtain good RWD responses - Ensure that the existing variable content on the site can be abstracted out - Ensure that the information placed by our scripts will rendering correctly as RWD - Ensure that all the code is clean and intentional. Re-working the source code for the existing site and leaving unnecessary code is unacceptable. - Advise us of how they will check to ensure that RWD is working correctly. Ok, u mean that the final project must html-js-css stand-alone template that run on any server even locally without the need to connect to any back-end module . first u need to specify what components of the page (index as an example) you want on the new template . like : do u want the slider or you want a a placeholde for a slider and the same for all components . If u want it completely empty without placeholders then u get raw css and js that u don't know to use. If your script going to generate exactly the same as this web page then : we need the complete code over placeholders without the content . did I get it ?
