Joomla 2.5+ based website required for tour provider

We require a Joomla (2.5 or 3) or a similar CMS based website to be produced for our travel/tour providing company. An off-the-shelf template would suffice, provided it is tailored in accordance with our specific requirements. We have wireframes/layouts for each of the pages along with sample content for the website. Content/structure is fairly standard, with news, about, overview of tours, etc. We also need the ability to “build” and book tours through the site. Our tour packages are broken up into small journeys, with customers able to combine these journey’s to make a single tour itinerary. The complexity will come from making the compilation of the Tour Itinerary from customer choosing their individual small journeys, with their respective dates, and producing a PDF of the resulting itinerary and invoice for services. Credit card payment facilities are not yet required, but need to be a possibility for future expansion. The current thought is to make this element much like an e-commerce component, with tours being placed in a shopping-cart style structure…within the specific limitations of our tour structuring.
