453384 Linux (Ubuntu) programmer to design custom application

I need someone to create a program or script that I can run in Ubuntu to build my Cydia repository apps and at the same time build three PHP pages for each app. I have already coded the three pages but presently I have to manually enter some of the information that is redundant throughout.

Basically, I want the app to ask me a few short questions like:

1. What is the name of the app?

2. What is the description of the app?

3. Who is the author?

4. What is the author's email address?

5. What is the bundle identifier?

6. How many screenshots are there?

Once I have answered those questions, I want a control file created, the .deb file created and placed in the appropriate folder and the app's three PHP pages created.

It will be necessary for the programmer that gets the job to have a way to communicate with me in real time to ask questions and get clarification (Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, etc.).
