Little job, Pretty up my main page

Description: small job, on cre loaded website that is already built.

I need another "View Shopping Cart" link in the shopping cart info box or when a customer clicks on a product in cart. right now customers after adding a item to cart and then browsing my site, can only check out by clicking the very small and hard to see "view my shopping cart" at the top of my page. if they click on the product in the cart info box they will not see checkout written under it. so I would like to have the check out link in that box at all times.

I need the info at the botton of my index page copyright 2006 ??? and the powered by oscommerance removed and A key word text placed their, That I will provide.

I need a small message put in the checkout process before buyers make payment by credit card
