Looking for someone who really knows PHP, HTML, SQL and Website Development

Hello, I am searching for Freelance persons to possibly work on a project for me. The project has several aspects, however the main project is to do with an online buying and selling platform. I have purchased a clone script (open source code) similar to ebay, and had it sitting offline and testing. There are certain aspects of this software, i want to change to suit the style of online platform that would best suit my objectives. I need someone who knows their way around php, and this sort of online platform to impliment the changes I need for this site. The person I seek, must be able to work alongside me, through Skype to get this job done as quickly as possible. A few minor php and sql based intro pages have to be streamlined with register and log on for a feature we are promoting before the official website goes online. There are many hours of work to be done, and they must be done quickly and effectively. I do not pay for the people I hire to research. If the person needs to research something for this job, they do it on their time, not mine. I am not going to deny I am a perfectionist, and a hard task master. But I know what I want. It is essential that whomever gets this job can interpret quickly what I am saying and implements what I require. I am not interested in people who just waste my time.
