First and foremost, my budget is $350. I am just starting out and do not have much to spend. I need a full working penny auction site similar to [login to view URL] or bidrivals.com. The script must be tested and 100% bug free. A full working demo is needed for me to test before I make my payment. Also, a full support of 6 months is needed upon purchasing the script. Upon completion of the project, and testing by us, it is agreed that we own the script. You must also install the application on my server and make it so it is relatively secure from hacking. The look and feel of beezid or bidrivals is the best model to follow. I need all auction platform that includes everything from the bidding process, to registration, buying bids, and autobidder. Website functionality: - User registration and account verification by email - Buying bid packages - The ability for users to get free bids for registering and for buying bid packages for the first time. - General pages, such as terms and conditions of use and a help section which I can edit; and the ability to add additional pages, if needed - Paypal and a click and buy are default payment gateways. We will use the paypal merchant account gateway and you must integrate this (we already have an account) - The time increased to 12, 16, or 20 seconds every time a bid is placed. (there should be a place where the site admin (us) can change the # of seconds per auction and as the default - An automatic bidding system, set price range, and number of bids - Voucher function with adding bids to winners account automatically Content Management System (CMS) Platform: - Add, edit, delete and clone auctions - Use macros to start, stop and publish auctions - View the winning bidder and update the status of the auction “e.g. pending, running, ended, and completed. - View, edit, add, delete and suspend users. - View user's bidding history and purchased bid packages; the ability to give the user free bids and refund bids to the user. - Manage the website content, such as the terms & conditions and help page content - Set the bidding packages and prices to buy bids - Admin can set the # of wins allowed per user per day or month. Each product should have a category so the Admin can limit the # of wins per category as well as per day or month per person. - Admin can limit the number of live auctions and number of featured auctions which show prominently Additional Items: The admin section should be easy to use. The admin should be able to set override settings per auction and global settings for each auction. The look and feel should be similar to beezid or bidrivals and similar to its functionality along with autobidding. The site should be able to handle thousands of people per day. Payment will be made once the application is installed and working on the server. We will also pay for support/bug fixes on a monthly basis (We can negotiate this later) We may add additional features later so make the code such that additional modules can be added on later. The website should be SEO friendly and should be fully search engine optimized. Do I need a merchant account before the programming for the integration is done? 4) Something in the website which does not allow two billing or shipping addresses for two different usernames. One account per household. 5) Backpanel ability to suspend accounts. 6) Recently sold for...If you know penny auctions then you will know what this is. 7) The Admin panel needs to be very organized and understandable. 8) Daily report generation in an excel file for accounting and profits (You'll need to do the programming for this as well) Basically, if you know what a Penny Auction is and how they function and work, then you know what I am looking for.
