PHP & MYSQL EXPERT TO END A JOB OF PROGRAMMING AND WEB MOBILE DESIGN

To thoroughly review and fix programming work already undertaken before.

Specifically it is a php job done for a fully functioning mobile website like FTP program, I mean the web application upload and download files (music, data, films), this works receiving this data and at the same time transforming them to send them directly to an ftp preassigned as the final destination.

Details of the work you must perform

A)The script that inside of web hosting aplication can only receive a maximum of 64 MB per file, then the web application must transform the data before reaching this limit while simultaneously sending data to the ftp account of final destination, the objective is that you can send files preventing large web hosting would restrict file uploads for having reached the limit. The files must be processed and sent to the FTP destination, thus freeing space for not reaching the maximum limit allowed.

B)Complete the design (mobile design: the design is adapted for viewing on mobile phones and devices). Currently the design is completed by 70%, there are only:

1.- The user registration screen (basic data, password, password recovery.

2 .-Personal Area Display

C)Within the client manager (already created and running) you must create an option so that it can send an email to pre-selected customers, this data will catch the same customer database that already exists and is already created

Payment.

We need a closed estimate (or maximum budget) in order to evaluate their candidacy for this job
