Web based appointments booking system for a small clinic

I am looking for a system that is ALREADY developed. Please bid only if you have a suitable system than can be tweaked or tailored. An online test site would be good. Facilities should include: Setup therapists / rooms / clients Setup room availability / diary Assign 1 or more rooms (in priority order) to a therapist Setup individual appointment diaries for therapists - different appointment session durations. Define holidays and periods of therapist unavailability. Both a therapist and a room must be available to book an appointment. Create login accounts for clients / patients Assign one or more therapists to a client Clients to be able to login and see their own therapist availability and book appointments - confirmation emails sent to client, therapist and appointment diary admin. Clients ot be able to cancel appointments - confirmation emails sent to Web app should be suitable for accessing from a mobile device such as a smart phone. Therapists to be able to login, see and manage their own appointments / diary; reschedule appointments, email clients etc.. Diary admin to be able to view and manage all therapist appointments / diaries. Plus the usual admin panel & features Please DO NOT submit generic bids or ones that say, I can do it !
