WEB Design Needed Very Urgent!

I am looking for a web designer who will build a simple, professional website with 7 pages. Something clean, clear and simple similar to: [login to view URL] Our domain is [login to view URL] Willing to pay a decent $400 to the right contractor. However, I have been burned in the past on similar sites so I am not willing to pay any cash upfront before any work is done. What I am willing to do is, Once you have completed the homepage and it is up and running on the domain, I will pay a milestone payment of $100. Then once the next 2 pages are complete and on the domain and running satisfactorily, I will pay another $100. Then once the next two pages are done and same, $100 milestone payment. Finally, once the site is finished, complete, on the domain and up and running to a satisfactory level, final $100 will be released. If you are not willing to work with this price and with these terms and conditions, please do not bid and waist our time. I wont be giving any preferential treatment to anyone who offer to do the job for less because I feel $400 is a fair price for a professional job. I am looking for a contractor that has done lots of work and has lots of feedback on www.freelancer.com and someone who is very well experienced in web design. This price will include the whole design and also help with sourcing and photos we may need. A good designer will have a free source of these. Must be able to show previous sites you have built for freelance clients. Time limit on job will be 8 weeks.
