 Description: This is a website for sea kayak fans around Greece. To find basic information, exchange ideas, arrange trips, communicate, upload routes, photos etc. Forum + newsletter.
 Look & feel: Something like [login to view URL], although graphics should be relevant to the sea or kayaking activities (relevant photos can be provided). Contractor should create all the website graphics and logos. To propose 
different styles and logos and we will select the one.


Functionality: 
- User should be able to create an account in the website. UserName/Password/email/contact details/activation link.
 The subscriber to the site will be receiving updates every time a new post is posted (in the blog) .
 User is also subscribed to the forum and can post to the forum
 Can upload photos
 NOT create blog, just reply to existing ones (Blog is for Admin only)
 - Forum + Forum admin
 - Embed blog in the website. To add news and activities (Only for admins)
 - Static Links page 
- Photos page (to be linked to google picasaweb or other similar)
 - Blog updates sending email to subscribed users
 - Link to facebook account. All new posts to the blog, photos updates should also be transferred to facebook account seakayakclub.gr. Only Admin updates - Need a logo to be created as well from proposals of the designer.
 - Website to show correctly on Apple iphone
(not a special mobile website just to show correctly) 
Multilingual: The site should be available in Greek, English (relevant flag in the webpage).

Basic text in Greek/English will be provided.
 Everything should be installed and fully working directly on our servers (all necessary logins will be provided). Documentation on the website should be delivered as well.
