website for latest news and database of software company

Hi There I want to have a website which provide latest news like mashable website and directory of software. In this website, software company can use a template or format to write about their news and products. So, company can join it like a account and update their profile and publish news using template. The template area must be such as any type of template can be created even later using drag/drop options without any programming [login to view URL] should be option to free or paid membership and area to put advertisements and google advertise stuff. End user must be able to find a software for industry, application he is looking for and can compare similar software. It is better if it can work as SAS (can be put on cloud) and even mobile website. End user must be able to do social interaction using like, twitter, comments etc.
